My services include the following:

2 prenatal visits- We will go over relaxation techniques, your birth plan, hopes, fears, and any questions you may have. 

Phone Calls- Unlimited amount of calls to answer questions and/or provide emotional support. 

Attend Birth- I will come to you at your home for pre-labor if you wish and stay with you until shortly after the birth of your child.   I bring with me my doula bag of tricks full of comfort measures including aromatherapy, hot/cold compress, and more. 

Postpartum visit-  A few days after I will check in to provide help with breastfeeding if needed, emotional support, and discuss your birth.

Costs?
Initial interview is provided free of charge. 
My services are billed on a sliding scale as I believe every woman has the right to a doula for her birth despite her financial situation.
